Dear Community Member,
My grandma was recently diagnosed with ALS (Lou Gehrig's
Disease). The cause of ALS is not known as well as no cure for
this fatal disease. My grandmother has been given 2-5 years to
live.
Together, we can raise money for ALS research so that someday nobody
has to lose somebody they love to this disease.

Schedule of Events:
Registration: 12:00pm (choose the 2 or 5 mile route)
Speaker: 1:00pm (Kathie Hausknecht, Social Worker)
Walk: 1:30pm
Registration Cost: $10, t-shirts available for an additional $5.00
100% of the proceeds will go towards research and patient
services. Your donation is tax deductible. Checks payable
to the ALS Association - Wisconsin Chapter.
