Young Adult Ministry

Our Lady of the Lakes is trying to expand its ministry to young adults. Currently, we have a number of opportunities available. For information on any of the following programs, please contact Pastoral Associate, Deb Hamm.

Campus Connection

Once or twice a year, our parishioners collect goodies and mail care packages to our college students. We try to coordinate these mailings around finals week. If you have a student at college, please email their address to Deb Hamm at hammd@archmil.org. If you would like to make a donation of snacks or money for postage, please contact Deb.

Theology on Tap

This is a four-week summer series for young adults in their 20s & 30s. Free food and refreshments are available to young adults who gather to talk about a wide variety of faith topics. Our parish and all parishes in District 10, actively supports the program hosted at Alpine Village in Mequon. However, there are a large number of sites offering this program throughout the Archdioces of Milwaukee. For more information, check out the website at www.livingourfaith.net

Young Adult Core Team

This is a group of young adults who meet throughout the year to discuss faith issues. It grew out of the core team that plans the Theology on Tap meetings. Any young adults in their 20s & 30s are welcome to join them. For more information, contact Deb Hamm.

Mission Trips

Young adults are invited to participate  in any of our mission trip opportunities. They my act as adult group leaders on our youth mission trips or come along on any of our adult mission trips as a regular participant.
