  1. Committee Reports: The school board is working on next year’s budget. No activities are planned for the Pillars night this month. Santa will be there, so ideas are needed to bring in lots of families.
  1. Old Business: Fall Fest went well with a very nice day and kept everyone busy. So far
57 Entertainment books have been sold. There was not a big turnout on the bowling event. Wine and Cheese tasting went well with good ideas for next year. The Craft Fair had to be canceled this year due to lack of vendors. There were 7 vendors by September whereas other years there were 30. An idea to do a Packer Tailgate Party was suggested instead. Another idea was a Bingo night. Everyone was also informed that St. John the Baptist needs volunteers to work at Road America. Depending on the race, the $ amount will be guaranteed for that evening with each volunteer receiving a free ticket to the race.
  1. New Business: Bowling on Ice is scheduled for January 16 at the Town of Scott Hall. Wood is needed to make the lanes. Volunteers are already in place to build them. The cost is $25 per team with a team consisting of 4 people and 1 pin setter. Shake the Flakes is scheduled for February 6. Tickets will be ready next week. Paula will send out a flyer regarding which Bucks games are available for this fundraiser. We are tentatively looking at January 8, February 20, March 14 and March 26 games. The brat fry for Catholic Schools Week will be January 31. A date is being looked into for Family Fun Night some time in March, possibly on a Friday night. The plant sale will be the third week in May. Upcoming 2010 Parish Council elections will be in May. It is encouraged that members of our school get involved in this. The Parish Assessment and Renewal process is going on and school families for different committees are needed to offer a voice for our school.
  1. Meeting adjourned at 8:04. Next meeting is scheduled for March 3, 2010.
